Smart battery case charger problem
does anyone else only get a flashing white light when trying to charge your battery case

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand you're seeing a flashing white light when you attempt to charge the Smart Battery Case. I'll be happy to help.
The Smart Battery Case should display either an amber status light while the case is charging or a green status light when the case is fully charged. With the flashing white light, I recommend following the steps outlined in this helpful article: Charge your iPhone with your Smart Battery Case Specifically, I recommend following the section that says, "Get help."
