Face ID on iOS 13

Since updating to iOS 13 Face ID has been unable to recognize mine or anyone face. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times and the set up of Face ID works it’s just afterwords to unlock my phone and such that it is unable to recognize me. Has anyone else had this issue? Face ID was just fine until I updated to iOS 13 today so I believe that is the issue, is there any fix to this?
