Cannot download photo’s on social media without WiFi

Hi. I had a 6s until recently and upgraded due to it not being able to access mobile data and then developed a fault where messenger wouldn’t connect, instagram wouldn’t work, WhatsApp and Facebook wouldn’t download photos!

i upgraded to an 8 today, installed iOS 13 and it’s still doing the same thing!!

I’ve looked through all the settings I can think of. Mobile data is turned on.

Roaming is on. It works fine on WiFi, just not when I’m out and about. Please help as it’s driving me mad!!!

it has mentioned about an ssl error!?!
