How do I get my Do not disturb message to a sender when I am driving?

It sends the one you can change in settings and then one that says I'm not receiving notifications but they can type "urgent." I would rather the second text (urgent) not be sent. If do not disturb while driving is enabled, it will send this message. you can have it come on automatically when it's detected that you're in a car, or turn it on in control center. (you may have to add the control center widget)
