Can’t update to iOS 13 for Apple Arcade
Anyone else not getting the ability to upgrade to IOS 13, needed for Apple Arcade? Any info on when it will get pushed out?

If you are asking about the iPad Pro in your signature, that would upgrade to the new iPadOS which is currently scheduled for release on September 24. iPadOS - Apple
