When I connect my iPhone to my Acura I get the message “unable to import call history”

After updating to IOS 13, when I connect my iPhone to my Acura I get the message “unable to import call history”. All my contacts are listed and I can make calls.

You may have to go into the car settings and forget the phone and add it again.

I had the same problem on my 2018 Acura. I deleted the phone from the car, re-paired it, and it works fine now. Thanks for the help.
