Announce Messages with Siri

1. 1) Open Settings on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 13 or later.
2. 2) Tap Notifications.
3. 3) Tap Announce Messages with Siri.
4. 4) Slide the switch next to Announce Messages with Siri to the ON position.

i was asking corbin35 if the feature is actually available on their phone OR if they were simply pointing out where to find that setting when it comes available.

I had that feature for a small bit during the beta and then it went away and has yet to return.

I'm not seeing this feature also, have iPhone 11 ProMax, found 2 article, both suggest that "Announce Message with Siri" was in 2 different places. The other stated it was under "Setting" "Siri & Search" didn't find it there also.

Hey i have my phone with iOS 13 in Spanish. The option 3.3 doesn’t exist… How can enable this awesome feature?

I have AirPods Gen 2 and have updated my iPhone 8 with IOS 13 but am unable to see Announce Messages with Siri option in my notifications.

Is this option actually available for you? That is where it SHOULD be but it is not there.

I don’t see it under notification, I’m using 13.1.2.

Did you ever get Siri to automatically read messages? I can’t find the setting anywhere and I have all the correct hardware and software.

No, seems this feature was in the Beta version, I’m guessing it didn’t work accurately or not at all and it was removed.
