I have a watch series 4 with OS6 installed and iPhone 8 plus with iOS 13 installed. When my alarm goes off that I have set on my phone, nothing happens on the watch. You could snooze and turn off with the watch but cannot do that anymore since updating.

I discovered the same thing today when I was going to snooze my morning alarm with my Watch. That's why I found this thread. I solved it by restart both my iPhone and my Watch. Then I tested a new alarm, and then it worked. Can anyone else confirm that this is a solution for everyone?
actually just restarted my phone worked and I now get the alarm on my watch 4
I have a series 3 and I was wondering the exact same thing!
That actually worked for me too.
This did not work for me :( I tried it several times. And even tried to hard reset both as well.
