I upgraded to iOS13 and updated the reminders app. It has pulled in all my lists EXCEPT for the main “Reminders” list. This list is visible in iCloud web app but not the reminders app on my phone.

How do I get my reminders LIST back in my reminders app - the iOS13 Reminders app seems to not want to display my reminders LIST

I also got confirmation from Apple support today that there are major problems with reminders. I removed all iCloud reminders from my phone last night, and after about 15 hours, there are still reminders that have not downloaded to my phone. I also have over 8000 completed reminders. I also get a crash on iCloud.com when trying to view reminders. My follow up call with support today indicated that we have to wait for a fix.

I upgraded to iOS13 and updated the reminders app. It has pulled in all my lists EXCEPT for the main “Reminders” list. This list is visible in iCloud web app but not the reminders app on my phone. I did tap on the right hand, upper corner three dot icon, and it routed me here to iCloud without any help. Please help me in simple terms and steps.

Still waiting for a fix APPLE!! My reminders are very important to me and I too am so disappointed in Apple. Sending out a major update that messes up the reminders app and STILL no fix for it? I really don't get it! I have been with Apple for so long and stand behind them when I hear anyone bad talking them. I can no longer do that. Get this reminders app fixed please!!! What is taking so long????

I have been having the same issue and am also a long time Apple user, BUT... I talked to a senior advisor yesterday and he had me open google chrome on my iPhone and log into iCloud. It was able to load my reminders and synced up everything. I then tried it on google chrome on my MacBook and then Safari on my MacBook and everything is working. Give it a try and good luck!

I did it exactly how you said and it did not work for me. Still nothing is syncing. I am down to using just my iphone X for reminders since my Macbook Pro and my ipad will not communicate in reminders with my phone. Everything is updated with the latest updates and it still will not work. VERY FRUSTRATING! I can't tell you how much time I have invested in this issue!

All I need and use is "Scheduled Reminders" not lists or categories and that is missing on iCloud Right reminders. Now I can do this on my iPhone and on my hard drive MacBook Pro Reminders app, please reinstall this part of reminders. I also can't add the date and time details on iCloud Reminders, this is a down grade not upgrade

Yes, a down grade, not an upgrade! Apple has really dropped the ball on this one. I still have an open, unresolved case #, have spoken with many senior advisors, all of whom are sincerely apologetic and almost annoyingly polite. Even they have admitted they don't understand why Apple engineers have designed things they way they have. Apple is really on the decline IMHO, Steve Jobs must be rolling around in his grave!

Welcome to the club. I have deliberately made the effort to use reminders app built into IOS for the last 6 years. I have grown very dependent on it. IOS13 has totally ruined that experience for me. I can no longer say hey Siri add ### to my ### list and have it work. Most times it says “working great on it” and then “there was a problem” or like you add something to my reminders and not have it sync across devices. Sad to say but I am thinking of switching to a to do app. Given that it is IOS 13.3 and still no solution I suspect it is either a major issue or we won’t see any effort because the next iOS is “more important”.

I don't have a problem syncing I just can't use the iCloud interface since the "scheduled" option is gone. I can get it on my iPhone and on my MacBook Pro Reminders app.

Apple please fix this, it is my go to schedule, my calendar is not good enough, I NEED MY REMINDERS OR I WILL HAVE TO GO TO Microsoft Outlook 2019 "To Do List" and I don't want to, nor do I really have the time to re-enter everything.

APPLE..................FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. I am so shocked that Apple has not made this issue a priority knowing how many people rely on these apps to sync with our other APPLE products. I refer to my Reminders so many times per day and it is a pain having to go my iphone all the time instead of adding to my reminders from my Macbook and knowing it will get synced through. I think i will checkout the other to do apps as well.

I have recently upgraded both my phone and IPad to iOS13. My Reminders lists are no longer synched and the Reminder list on my IPad is gone. When I open up the app, the message is highlighted with a Yellow triangle/with !-- and the message: "The creator of this list has upgraded these reminders. Learn more at support/apple.com/HT210220." I attempted the 'fixes' cited in previous support posts, (checked the cloud, turned on/off reminders app, etc) but have not been able to resolve. So, I am searching for my previous IPad reminders to once again, synch with my phone.

I also had this problem.

I solved this problem using the following steps:

Turn on airplane mode.

Note: to backup your lists. (optional at your discretion) Backing up your iPhone will not help since the Reminders are gone.

Open a browser

Login iCloud

Click Reminders

Print each list as a backup Note: If the list is bigger than the screen, be sure to scroll down and print a second page.

After BACKUP:

On iPhone, go to Settings > select Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store

Select iCloud

Reminders > Toggle off Reminders

Delete all Reminders on iPhone > Yes

Now Reminders Toggle on

Close Settings

Open Reminder app

Your reminders should immediately be visible.

I hope this helps you also.

Respectfully, Candlia

I tried the setup above and it didn't work for me.

I have deleted all reminders from the iPhone. Deleted all reminders from my Mac. Deleted all reminders from iCloud. Tuned off sync reminders in iPhone, and Mac system preferences. I signed out off iCloud completely on Mac and iPhone. Restarted, flushed Safari cache, restarted iPhone, and reset PRAM (Just in case). After all that I Opened Mac reminders, saw no lists, created a new list, logged back into iCloud on Mac, merged Reminders. Logged into iCloud. The newly created list doesn't show up. It's been about a day. All of a sudden a list I deleted from Mac and iPhone showed up in iCloud. I can't delete it. I created a new reminder in that list on iCloud and it doesn't sync to Mac. I logged into iCloud on my iPhone, merged reminders. 3 lists appeared titled "new list". One list contains reminders I deleted months ago. I don't know why they showed up. None of those list synced to reminders on my Mac or to iCloud.com. My shared Family list appeared on my iPhone (not my Mac) but show the title "new list" not Family. My iPhone has the sync list indicator (spinning wheel thing) and it hasn't stopped.

The short and long of it is nothing syncs.

At this point I am not sure what to do. I have read loads of articles on the community forums. I have even set the phone up as new.

Because this issue isn't fixed at this point I suspect it's so bad it's beyond the teams ability to fix. Or they don't care because they are on to iOS 14.

I upgraded to iOS13 and updated the reminders app. It has pulled in all my lists EXCEPT for the main “Reminders” list. This list is visible in iCloud web app but not the reminders app on my phone.
