I updated to IOS13 last night, and I have noticed that my mail app doesn't have badge icon notifications anymore. I have checked the notification settings and they are all on. Has anyone else had this issue?

Same here. looks like an iOS 13 bug. hopefully fixed in IOS 13.1 out in 4 days...
It seems as if there is a delay. To clarify: first I hear the tone, second (the email shows on the list), third they badge "may" show up 5 minutes later

Hey. Same problem here too. As suggested, has to be a bug. I’ve even reset all setting on my phone and re-set everything up again but still happening.
I noticed I was getting a notification delivered to my Notification Centre but no badge unless I opened mail and then exited again. Eagerly awaiting a fix, otherwise loving iOS 13!
