When I updated to IOS13 all of my saved emails now say no sender no subject, though the email is still there....how do I fix this?

My emails also changed, but only on my iPad, not on my iPhone. They are both running latest OS and both have been backed up, so why are all me emails immediately prior to update labeled NO SENDER NO SUBJECT?
Try restarting your device.
Remove and reinstall the mail account.
Contact your mail provider or look at their support site.
I fixed my issue by uninstalling then reinstalling the mail app
