Contacts in the contact book have disappeared after updating to iOS13!

After update to iOS13 my contract book was lost. All contact in the list, but clicking on them opens an empty contact. Names, photos and numbers not shown. If I use Siri, I can call them. Rebooting did not help. Syncing with iCloud didn’t help either.
