Hi i have the apple watch 4
And i just updated the IOS of my watch to IOS 6.0 which enables ECG in India aswell !! But i have not been able to see the app in my watch !! What do i do ?

Go to your Health App on your iPhone to initiate the process.
On your iPhone Watch App scroll down to Heart and tap on it.
I did open the health app but did not see procedure regarding the ECG thing
There is no ECG app on the watch to initiate the process on the phone
Even me too the same. I could not view ECG app either watch or heart app in phone.
