ECG App not shown on my Watch 4 Cellular after installation OS 6 Update yesterday. Check all the Health Apps on Phone and watch but cant find the ECG app on my watch...
If any budy know, how to install or run the same, plz advice

Where you import the Watch from?
Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
That's the reason, Australian Watches do not have ECG functionality.
