Remove bedtime from alarm section iOS 13

Since the iOS 13 update, under my alarms section there is now a bedtime alarm permanently there that can’t be deleted. I’ve turned off all the functions but it’s still sitting in my alarms ahead of all my actual alarms that I use.

How do I remove this from my alarms section now with iOS 13?

I'd like to add my request to all the others - please allow me to hide the bedtime alarm as I only accidentally switched it on some months or years ago and never used it (nor do I intend to use it).

Thank you.

I tried the reset it doesn't work on my iPhone XR. Funny though my wife's iPhone 11 does not show the Bedtime alarm? So annoying.

P.S.

After resetting my iPhone XR, i tried to restore backup, and all **** broke loose. I got the dreaded Startup Logo Loop. In order to reinstall I had to unplug iPhone, press quickly Volume up, then volume down, then hold right side button until the logo appeared and then disappeared, and then my iPhone showed a connection to USB, so I had to connect it, and then open up iTunes, and reinstall iOS 14 from scratch, and then restore from backup.

It wasn't fun. Oh and in the end, that stupid Bedtime alarm is still there. Why on iPhone XR and not iPhone 11?

Yes I’m talking about removing the option completely. It’s funny because my wife’s iPhone 11 doesn’t have it?
this should not be put as solved

The only person who can mark a post as "Solved" is the original poster. And, it was the correct solution before iOS 14 was released. You'll note the solution is a year old. When sleep tracking was added in iOS 14, that changed.

Has your wife updated her phone to iOS 14? If she hasn't and has never set up Bedtime, she won't see it. I don't know what happens if you've never set it up and update to iOS 14.

I had never set it, and now it shows in IOS14 on top of the alarms.

Thanks! That was mostly to satisfy my own curiosity. However, I'm sure other people who never set it up in iOS 13 will not be happy about it appearing in iOS 14 and, at least I'll be able to say that it was a change Apple made and feedback is about the only thing to be done.

Best of luck.

Accuracy does matter, I read back to see where the communication was lost. I originally stated that Apple does not read the forums, you changed up my complaint. So this is why I am going to restate my original comment.

For your pleasure I will leave out the “vulgar” language. “...however, many could have been avoided if Apple actually READS the forums...” Nowhere did I say they would reply nor was I trying to get them to reply to me specifically by ‘standing out’.

Apple must have distracted you with the censor, leading you to respond to my compaint with

“...Apple does not REPLY here or provide direct support here...”

I know they don't reply but it would be nice to know if they ‘read’

I am sticking by my comment.

I need to remove this bedtime alarm. It is ruining my life. What is wrong with Apple????? The have become the Big Brother we knew the would!!!! I need to remove this feature you POSs!!!!!!!!!!! Let me do it!!!!!!

How is it ruining your life? You don't even need to use it. You can still set up regular alarms. Are you having difficulty doing that?

First, you’re only talking to fellow users here and not to Apple directly. There are ways to contact Apple Support, and there is a way to send Apple Feedback about a product or feature. This is neither of those things. So, why are you cussing out a person who was offering SOMEONE else advice when they are just someone like you?

Next, everyone on this forum saw both this post and the one that preceded it, which said, “GET RID OF THIS STUPID SLEEP SCHEDULE OR I DITCH MY PHONE,” and given how rude you are to fellow users who (1) are just trying to be helpful and (2) weren’t even addressing you, I’m sure I’m not alone in saying, “Good Luck with that! And none of us, including Apple will miss you one little bit when you leave. Have a nice life!”

My apologies, I've now given feedback thanks to following instructions given by someone here. First time I've been on here. I thought it was a feedback forum and I'm fed up with Apple foisting things on me. I'm a tech twit and wanted an iphone for its simplicity. It's hardly ruining my life as one other user said, but it is getting in the way as I need several alarms to remind me about meds for myself and the person I care for as well as other regular care for him. The extra space it takes up is a nuisance especially as it's at the top.
