iOS 13 crashed my phone

After downloading iOS 13 nothing will open on my phone. Every app is unresponsive.

Try restoring the phone. There must have been a glitch because the software does work for the most part.

iOS 16.1 (20B82) Since I upgraded my iPhone 12 mini to iOS 16.1 (20B82), my phone keeps crashing regardless of which app I use. Downloaded iOS 13. It has crippled my phone. News feed will barely load, if at all. Internet browsing speed is deplorable.
