Upon updating my phone to iOS 13, my "Find Friends" app was deleted and is nondownloadable from the app store. Could you please help me regain this eligibility?

Yes, it is combine. But Find My Friend is not working as good as previous Find My Friend app. Needs closer review.
What's not working as good? It works fine for me.
