MacBook Pro Speakers get Quiet?

I have noticed that my speakers get quieter sometimes and I have to restart my laptop to get them to go back to normal output. I do use duel monitors at work and they do sometimes cause me to have to change speakers settings to get the speakers to work, but I have seen in the knowledge bases that it is a problem with those AOC monitors that I use at work with Macs. This is something different. I have a MacBook Pro 15' 2018. Again sometimes the speakers just won't output at normal volume and restart fixes it every time. I have reset the PVRAM as well.
