Photos capture outside frame

So as the title says, I'm unable to use the captured photos outside the frame. Although properly enabled in the cameras settings, when i go to edit a photo shot in wide or tele, the option isn't present to select the outside frame.

This is for an iPhone 11 pro, i wasn't able to select the correct device in the post options.

Hi from CZ. I have iphone 11 pro and I have same problem. Capture Outside Frame for photos works only when there is enough light. But there is no indication of it during taking of photos.

I found out when Night mode "moon" logo is shown, you can be sure that Outside Frame data will not be avaliable for future editing, for sure. Even when you can see areas around frame during live view. It is very confusing.

Apple please fix it! Or at least update manual how to recognize when Capture Outside Frame function is avaliable in live view, during shooting!

Hello everyone, I write you from Italy. I also have the same problem. I bought the new iPhone 11 Pro and I can’t use the function but I realized that I can use the function manually closing completely the iris or taking the picture in a very bright place. I’ve already called the Apple support and hope that a fix will arrive soon. Sorry for my bad English. I tried to do my best. Keep us posted.
