instagram message notifications

my instagram is of latest version but i am not getting messaging notifications on my iphone screen why?

though i enabled all notifications... please resolve my issue ASAP

Notifications I have turned on notifications for Instagram but am not receiving them. I am also not receiving some text message notifications. I have tried deleting and re downloading and restarting my iPhone but nothing seems to work what can I do to fix it.

Instagram is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support
