When connected to CarPlay received sound to hearing aids but not navigation sound

For the third time I spoke to support by phone and the latest excuse why they can’t help me is that I am using IOS 13 and as it’s not out yet they can’t help me , what a load of crap it is out I have it and the wife has it NON BETA.

Just in case anyone has any idea when connected to CarPlay received sound to hearing aids but not navigation sound.

Audio adjustment when using carplay I've been having issues with the volume adjustment on my 2021 Ford Explorer while using Apple Car play. On Bluetooth I can adjust the volume of my music or call with no issues. As soon as I plug in the cable and it kicks over to Apple Car play I lose the ability to adjust the volume up or down. Instead, the "prompt" volume is being adjusted. Has anyone found a fix? Is this is a known bug with Apple IOS?

Volume is very low when using maps/navigation in CarPlay Is there anyway to increase the navigation directions volume when using CarPlay? The volume of Spotify is fine, the phone is fine, but I can barely hear directions.

ReSound Smart 3D app Are my apple SE 2022 phone was recently upgraded to 16.1.1. Since then I have been experiencing an issue with my Bluetooth enabled hearing aids. Every night when I put my hearing aids into the recharging case and remove them in the morning, they are no longer synced with my phone:app. I have to go through the reconnect routine to establish the connection between the phone and my hearing aids. This need to re-sync started when I upgraded earlier this week. My hearing aids are by resound and the app is Smart 3D also by reSound Any suggestions?
