I’ve bought a new IPhone X with model number FQA62LL/A?
I didn’t find any information about how I can recognise is refurbished device or new.
Some unauthorised websites giving information that IPhone with letter F is refurbished and with M is new.
Is there any official information from Apple about that and definitions of models number M, N, F.

If this bothers you, then return it to wherever you bought it and get your money back. If they told you it was 'new', they lied.
Since you bought it from an unauthorized source, you did not buy a "new" phone.
The iPhone X was discontinued over a year ago. No matter what you bought, it's highly unlikely it has any warranty at all.
Not that it makes any difference one way or the other, but that is a refurbished phone.

I already try to return after 1 months, but they said that there is no official information about F is refurbished. So I can’t prove on the court, that I’ve bought refurbished device.
Then perhaps next time you should stick to buying from an authorized retailer instead of buying gray market phones.
