Where do you turn off/on grayscale in iOS13? It’s no longer under Settings—>General—> Accessibility like in iOS12.

Never mind, just found it...now in Accessibility—> Display & Text Size —> Color Filters and you can toggle off/on.

My iPad screen just turned black and white. How do I make colors come back?
