There's a file on my Ipad that won't upload anywhere. Other photos and videos upload just fine. When I try uploading to Google Drive it keeps saying waiting then retrying over and over again. It won't upload to ICloud. It won't show up in my photo folders when I plug it into my computer. It's like it's unable to exist outside of my Ipad at all.
It was a space issue. I have no idea why this file was so large, but it was. Still doesn't explain why it didn't even show up when I tried accessing the file on my computer, but it's working now that it's on my phone

It sounds like the file is corrupt. Are you able to transfer the file to another device to see if it can be uploaded from it?
I tried and it won't show up with my other files so I can't transfer it to my PC. I have to clear space off my phone and see if I can transfer it there
Edit: My iphone has over 5 gigs of free space but it's saying there's not enough. There's no way this video is more than 2 gigs. When I try transferring is it says "waiting" then "declined" then I get the notification on my phone that the Airdrop failed because it's too large.
