Cannot Update iPad Pro to iPadOS 13

Hi,

I have an iPad Pro - ML0N02LL/A. When I try to update to iPadOS 13 (via Software Update) I receive the message - IOS 12.4.1 Your software is up to date. I tried a hard reset with no change.

The battery is at 100% the wifi connection is good. I tried leaving it plugged in all night - no update is available. I have reviewed the prerequisits for iPadOS 13 and it appears my iPad Pro is eligible.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
