Disabled Breathe app notifications but still get them, any other ideas?

I’ve disabled the Breathe app notifications on my iPhone but still get notifications even through the night “time to stand up”. This app is completely gone rouge. Any help is appreciated.

Hello MelRowan,

Thanks for the post! I understand you're receiving frequent "Time to stand up" notifications, and I'm glad to see if I can help.

You mentioned turning off the Breathe notification; the one you describe sounds like it's a Stand reminder instead, so you should be able to clear this up by opening the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, and then tapping My Watch > Activity; then, turn off Stand Reminder and that should prevent the "Time to stand up" alerts.

Hope this helps. Take care.
