Hi, I had the IOS 13 beta before it was launched. After the IOS 13 was launched, the beta should have been updated automatically downloaded but that did not happen. When I manually check for an update, it says the phone is up to date.
I removed the beta profile, but still no change.
I even tried to reset the entire phone without restoring the backup, but when the phone boots, it boots in the beta os version.

I went to the store and they assisted me to factory reset using iTunes.
That solved the problem.
