Refund for subscription
Hi there,
A few days ago I installed a camera scanner app to scan some documents. After using the app, I uninstalled it. My husband just got an e-mail with a massive bill for an annual subscription for this app. We immediately cancelled the subscription, and we’d like to know if there is any way to get a refund. Surely it is not reasonable to charge us for 365 days in this case.
