i am planning to purchase the apple watch 5 GSM+Cellular from UAE, however i am travelling between Saudia and Israel. i understand that both countries do not support the esim so the Cellular watch cannot be used.
my question is: can i use the purchased watch (esim) in other countries when the carriers become supporting the esim?

The Apple Watch eSIM can only be configured by your iPhone’s cellular carrier.
And the Apple Watch does not have international roaming, so it basically reverts to a GPS only model when not on your iPhone’s carrier’s network.
