Apple Watch series 7 cellular support

Hello,

I would like to buy an apple watch series 7 with Cellular in Apple store US.

I will use it in Israel with local cellular provider which supports esim.

My question is that I heard that for watches coming from US the cellular option can be used in Israel.

Could you please provide me more info regarding that?

you can't

for some reason usa, canada and mexico use another esim thingy so their watches can't be used other places
