Hello! I have just updated WatchOs 6 for my Apple watch series 4. But I couldn’t find or download Voice memo for my watch, as well as the new feature Calculator is unable to find, beside $2.99 for downloading. Please kindly help!

I am using Iphone 7 updated IOS 13. I have all of them on my Iphone, but unable to download it in my watch.
It doesn’t let me download. App store hide the download option. Hix
