iPhone exchange

I would like to exchange my 10s for the bigger screen. The phone was purchased in August at the Apple store in Carlsbad, CA. How can I go about doing this?

Exchange I bought the iphone 11 pro max a few days ago. At the store, no phones were on display because of looting, so i was not actually able to get a visual of the options. I didn’t actually see the phone until i got home to set it up to program. I wanted the 11 pro, but i was told it was small. Coming from the 8, i didn’t want another small phone, so i ended up getting the max. This phone though, is huge. I saw the iphone 11 pro actually with my own eyes, and it’s not as small as the worker made it seem. So since it’s only been 3 days since i bought the phone, is there any way to exchange it for the 11 pro?

The best you can do is use it as a trade-in on a new one.

You only had 14 days to return it for a full refund. That period it over.
