In the previous version of the Find my Phone, you could drag the screen from the top to refresh the device location. With new version of the app in iOS13, how do you refresh the location of the devices?

Mine refreshes when I move the "Devices" shade from the lower limit to the upper limit.

This works, however it’s not refreshing all my device locations. I have to completely reboot my IPhone to get a location update, say on my wife’s phone.
