Ios13 cuts insta stories sound when iphone is on silent mode

I’m not able to hear sound of instagram stories when my iphone is on silent mode. Previously i was working fine when I didn’t updated to ios 13. I was able to hear sound of instagram stories on silent mode by pressing volume up key but in ios 13 it is not working i have to switch to ringer mode for stories sound.
