Accidentally Clicked on Scam

I was recently navigating a website on my iPhone 6s in Google Chrome, when one of those fake "Your Phone Has 14 Viruses" Pop-ups came up. I instinctively clicked OK. I realized it was a bad idea the second I hit the button, and I immediately changed my password and cleared my browsing data. Is there anything else I should do?

Pop up, your iPhone has been hacked I accidentally typed a wrong website address to safari and got a pop up that said "your iPhone has been hacked" and also something else under it that I forgot. It said "ok" or "done" below all the text, but I didn't press it and I quickly just closed the private browsing tab. Should I be worried about my phone and if yes what should I do next.

I accidentally clicked on a phishing link sent to iphone It was a USPS tracking text. I should have known, I mindlessly clicked on it without thinking. Does anybody know if I'm compromised now? what do I do now? Is there a way to detect virus on cell phone?

As long as you did not enter any information, and just "instinctively clicked OK," your subsequent actions are sufficient.
