I Sometimes can‘t add songs to the Queue

On my Iphone with an active Apple Music Subscription i sometimes have the following Problem.

If I open the Menu for a song (by 3D Touch) it sometimes doesn‘t give me the option to add it to the Queue.

It doesnt matter if the song is downloaded or not or if random is on or not.

(The song on the screenshot for example is saved on my Phone)
