IOS 13: Mail sound & screen notifications are not displayed until phone screen is active

Hello,

I upgraded my iOS to version 13 two days ago and currently I don't receive audible or visual email notifications on the native mail app unless I turn the screen on (or use raise to wake) or the phone is unlocked. When I do that, I see the email banners already there on the screen since the mail was received.

I have 3 different email addresses configured in the native mail app, my work mail, my gmail & my icloud mail. The case is the same with all of them.

I double checked the notifications and I all possible notifications options are selected (banner, notifications center & sound)

I also tried restarting the phone with no luck as well.

Anybody experiencing the same after iOS 13 upgrade ?

Any hints ?

EDIT:- Forgot to mention that I have another email app that's linked to my gmail account and it's working with notifications normally.
