How do I find support for Apple Business Manager.? No one from Apple can seem to help me....

This seems clear: “To enroll in Apple Business Manager, go to business.apple.com and click Enroll Now. You'll need to provide information about your business including your D-U-N-S number, and an email address that hasn't been used as an Apple ID for any Apple service or website.”
As for what else Apple might accept, I’d just use the D-U-N-S.
The dealings with Apple around here have involved scrounging the D-U-N-S for the entity.
What else the folks at Apple might accept, you’ll have to make direct contact. I might try Apple Legal next, given this is a legal and contractual matter. If that path has not already been tried.
But as stated, using the D-U-N-S made this a non-problem.
Unfortunately, none of this answers my question....do I have to have a Dun and Bradstreet account, or can I use a subrscription from a competing service?
So, I guess that means no?
