Can't enter to my photo library in iCloud: when I enter to Photos via web browser I see only "Network unavailable or slow.iCloud Photos is taking longer to load than expected.Cancel".
And my new Mac can't synchronize my photo with iCloud library. There is also only the line that synchronization is in progress.
How to solve it?

Maybe the connection problem is at the other end, on the specific server(s) that handle your iCloud Photo Library. That would affect both Photos running on your computer and the Photos display component running on the iCloud server(s).
It is not happening to me, but my iCloud Photo Library may be on different servers than yours.
If it has continued for two or three days, you should inform Apple staff.
What steps have you already taken to diagnose your network connection?
I don't have any problems with network connection. This problem only with accessing to photo.
