Check the App Store and iTunes Store to see if there are any updates for apps/purchases. A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

So, this issue is still ongoing. Unpairing Apple Watch, re-pairing & setting up as a new watch only worked for about 4 days. Since then, it cycles through asking me to sign into the 4 random Apple ID's one after another, and then just stops for anywhere between a few hours to a few weeks. When iOS 13.3.1 and watchOS 6.1.2 came out, I had hoped that this would fix this issue for once and for all. But no. 3 days after updating to the latest OS for both iPhone and Apple Watch, these notifications still come through. This NEVER happened before iOS 13.3 or watchOS 6.1.1 As I've said before, the notifications only come through to my Apple Watch first (even when I'm not wearing it or when it's charging), and only come through to my paired iPhone once I dismiss the notification from the Apple Watch. Contacting Apple has been fruitless - get connected to someone and then immediately disconnected, so I've not actually been able to physically speak to anyone at all. So much for the 'support'. Has anyone else stumbled across what could be a permanent fix to this infuriating issue?

I am having this same issue first reported to Apple in Nov 2019

I keep getting random times and days two pop ups for 2 unknown apple IDs

They always appear on the watch first and then when I dismiss it in moves to the watch. I have set the watch as new and even restored the phone as new. I have no music/videos that's why we have Spotify and netflicks for. I have spoken to different apple people and they all keep telling me the same. "only way is you logged in what that Apple ID and downloaded something" No I didn't I don't know these Apple IDs or password.

If the popup was weekly I would get over it but it normally pops up twice a day and sometimes in will pop up, up to 6 times on both devices in like 5 mins, it annoys me so much I reset the watch. Some times it doesn't bother me for a week. I have no idea when it will happen. so random,. I spoke to apple again today and the person was also struck as she knew I was techy so I knew what I was on about

Both my devices are up to date as of this post

APPLE PLEASE FIX THIS OR MAYBE TELL ME WHAT IS CAUSING THE POPUP :(

I'll be very interested to see what comes of this. Today a strange Apple ID popped up on my iPhone after the update. I bought a brand new iPad a few months ago, and a strange Apple ID popped up asking for password then, too. It can't be hardware related, and I doubt it was software related because this iPad was fresh out of the box. Could a secondary or "hacker" ID associated with my Apple ID somehow? Seems farfetched but it's happened on two of my devices so far. The weird ID in the iPad situation was ujian851110@126.com Not sure if that helps. I'd love any info on this. It's nerve wracking to think that some strange ID is associated with my devices.
