Hi all
After upgrade to iOS, when I receive an .ics attached I can’t open and view details.
Any idea? Is it and issue with Mail app?

To fix .ics show up as “unavailable” do the following....
Go to settings ing iOS
Go to Passwords and Accounts .... choose the the email account you are having issues with
Make sure the slider on Calendar is ON
This should solve your problem......
.ics invites are now download to the native calendar app where you can accept or decline. Accepting will automatically create an event.
Yes I agree, I just ran across this issue today and had no idea to look in my calandras app to find the invite. I prefer the way it was prior to the upgrade.
Go to settings / safari / general downloads. Make sure this setting is “on my iphone”. This did the trick.
This does not solve the problem
The calander app is how I have been able to find my invites then using Siri to read back my invites for the month so I can write them down.
I found that when you go to download an ics. Safari opens. I went to Setting / Safari / Downloads and selected “On my phone” as opposed to iCloud and this seems to fix the issue for me.
