iPhone 11 on iOS 13 having Bluetooth connectivity issues

Once I’ve used the plantronics with a call or music it stays connected! But if I don’t do either after I first turn it on it disconnects from the phone in seconds. New IOS made ZERO difference.

iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.1 .>>> I have this issue; Bluetooth headset drops and reconnects every 30-60 seconds whilst on a call.

NEVER had this issue before with any iPhone or any earlier version of iOS.

It may be an issue that is isolated to iPhone 11. So far I have not

seen any Bluetooth issue with iOS13, my iPhone 8, and my

car system which I find really surprising since it is an old

Ford Microsloth Sync system.

Have been considering an iPhone 11 since I am eligible for upgrade

but maybe I should hold off?

Same issue here with my iPhone 11 pro connecting to my Volkswagen! Never had this issue with my iPhone X or 7 Plus. Unable to make calls out of the car because connection keeps dropping. More than annoying... 🤬

Also got connectivity issues. Volvo S60 doesn’t see iPhone 11 pro at all, didn’t have issues with 4 previous models. Also everything except for AirPods (the are from this year) can’t connect to iPhone over bluetoooth nor can discover it. 13.1 update also didn’t help. Very annoying

Yeah 13.1 on a Pro Max and I’m definitely having issues.

noticed my watch has been locked and not getting notifications despite being on wrist all day.

had 3 dropped connections on a call driving home tonight which lead me to this thread 😞

I'm having the same issue with iphone 11 256gb - connection with my car went off and on for about 3 times during a 3 and half hour drive. It seems to happen more frequently with my airpods - I'd say about every 30 min? It disconnects and reconnects automatically within a second, but i'd have to hit the play button again for music to continue to play, which is annoying. Never had any issues like this with iphone 4, 5, 5s, 6s, or 7.

My husband and I are having this same issue with our 11’s. I updated my 10 to ios13 before i got my 11 and did not have this issue. I don’t see this fix listed in iOS 13.1. Super annoying. I will be talking on the phone and next thing i know they are on my phone and no longer connected via Bluetooth. Issue with Toyota 4Runner and Chevy Silverado.

Same thing is happening to me. iPhone 11 max pro. I will connect to Bluetooth headphones or my vehicles Bluetooth and connection ALWAYS drops after a few minutes and I have to reconnect. They better come out with a fix for this otherwise this phone is going back.

I can’t even see my 11 Pro Max on my Mac or phone. It certainly explains why I had so much trouble connecting in the car yesterday too. Spent an hour on the phone to Apple tonight. Eventually suggested I do a total reset of a phone that’s less than a week old. Has anyone tried this before I do it? Can’t face it if it doesn’t work.

Same issue. iPhone 11 on iOS 13.1. Can’t maintain a Bluetooth connection in my car. I’ve had the phone since Saturday and this has been a problem the entire time. I never experienced this issue with any of my previous iPhones.

Surprisingly I don’t have any problems connecting to my Sonos speaker via Bluetooth with the 11.

I am also having Bluetooth / pairing issues......I have a 11 Pro Max. It will not connect to a brand new Honda Accord......

Basically nothing!!!!!...........And this is my second 11 Pro Max ......I got one on Friday .......returned it today for a new one........My new 1 day old 11 Pro Max does the same thing.......but at least the first one did pair to my car for 5 mins and kept disconnecting......This one wont even pair. I had the I Phone X prior and Bluetooth connectivity was flawless!!!!

I have several Apple products ...including...4 different IPads .....even the new IPad Pro .........never had a problem connecting or pairing to anything Bluetooth....

I read it might be a software issue 13.1 was to fix the connection bugs.......I updated and still nothing........what in the world !!!! Is the problem.

My wife has a new I phone 11 and she is having the same issues plus ......she cannot connect her I Watch ......and she is about to pull her hair out........plus she keeps loosing all her workout info........so she is not a happy camper........

I love the phone the camera is great......I think have not had much time to play with it ..........Way too busy trying to connect!!!!

I hope and pray this gets corrected quickly ................this is taking us back to rotary phones and 8 track tapes......lol......

Thank you for this thread! So happy we are not alone with this. My wife has the same issue with iPhone XR (after update iOS 13.1) and our Land Rover Discovery Sport. Worked fine with previous iOS 12. Bluetooth connection is really unstable during call. It disconnect iPhone during call and connect again. And it repeats again. I reported my case to Apple... Can't wait to have solution because this is feature for daily use. Hope it will be soon.

No idea why, but today something changed. Since I got the phone on Friday my galaxy buds were the ones disconnecting. But today the buds have not disconnected once, my watch however is now doing the exact same thing, disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently.
