I’m trying to set up my new iPhone and I keep getting prompted to enter my password for an old work email address which should never of been associated to my iPhone Apple account in the 1st place. I’ll attached the images I can see. Can you delete this please so I can access my new mobile as apparently I don’t have access to many functions

That means you've used your work email as an apple id to download apps so it wants that credential.
Can you just let me know how I can clear the message. I don’t have the password for that email address and it just keeps asking me for details. That email address isn’t even on the list of my Apple email addresses.

Ok so how do I go about deleting it? I haven’t used that email address for 3 years and I won’t have any details of my password or any mobile number associated with it.
