iPhone 8 and old company email address requesting password to update Apps

Hello, the email address listed on my iPhone 8 under Settings is correct, however, when an App update is needed, I am required to enter the password for the email address that was originally used to setup the phone under my previous employer. Although I was told to keep the phone, I do not have access to that email any longer.

Please help me.

Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
