HELP!

what if i cant find the previous owner and i dont know their icloud account?? but i really need to use the phone ASAP. is there no way to bypass without difficulties???!

i have no idea who the previous owner is. i do not know how to get in touch with them. i bought this iphone 8 online and it got to me via postal service. if someone from apple could remove all accounts from it, that would be great. I bought my phone online and I had no idea it was locked. I have just reset the iphone but I have no idea whose icloud is still attached to it. There is no way to bypass activation lock. If the original owner can not, or will not remove the lock, the device is useless to you.
