Has “add to reading list” been removed from safari in iOS 13? Can’t seem to find it anymore

Sharing is still there. After selecting "Sharing," be sure to scroll up on the sharing veil to reveal "Add to Reading List."

Safari. Can’t add to reading list after update. Hi I upgraded iPhone to 13.1.3 and can no longer see an option to add page to reading list or home screen. Only to share the link. Do those options still exist?
