can family sharing control updates?

Can the organizer of family sharing control if another person apart of the family sharing updates to the latest IOS?

I’m pretty sure the answer is no. If you are using Screentime to manage their device usage, you may just have to enter the Screentime Passcode you created prior to them updating (if you created one).
