I recently updated to watchOS 6.0 and my Apple Watch, (which is still paired to my phone) has stopped mirroring notifications I receive on my iPhone 8 Plus. My Watch has also stopped mirroring alarms I receive on my phone. Phone calls still mirror fine. I already checked notification settings in the Watch App and it's all set to be mirrored, but it's just not doing it... any help?

Had same problem with iPhone 11 running iOS 13.2 and Watch Series 1 running the new WatchOS 6.1 update. Nothing was ringing on the watch, not even phone calls. I unpaired and re-paired the watch, and now everything is working correctly, almost annoyingly so haha. I didn't restore from backup, I just had it set up as a new watch and installed all apps from the phone. After the syncing was complete, everything's great. Hope that helps someone.

So I pared apple watch without backup (like new watch ) reinstalled Telegram and installed new iOS update 13.1 and it works. Now even alarms are synced. So for me problem is solved.
Just figured it out. Try unpairing your watch and re-pairing it. It's working for me so far, hopefully it fixes this issue. Here's a link on how to pair watches. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204505
I have same thing on iPhone 6s pared with Apple Watch 3, iPhone was updated to iOS 13 and Apple Watch 3 to watchOS 6 in the same day. After that I don’t receive notifications from Telegram, also I can’t end trending on Apple Watch, only saying “Siri stop training “ working.
I called in it to the Telegram community, and I'm waiting to response. Also I'm trying to unpairing Apple Watch an and re-paring without backup, like new watch. When I write this post iOS 13.1 update came up, maybe this help to.
