iPhone 11 Pro Max won’t charge wirelessly

Have those of you with this problem contacted Apple Support directly?

I have had two iPhone 11 Pro Maxes, and neither ever failed to charge from a wireless charger, not even once.

This is not the case. Unfortunately 13.3 does not solve the issue. Possibly you have rebooted due to the upgrade and is working as it should but thats not permanent.

This isn’t a solution. It’s a workaround, at best.

I just purchased my Iphone 11 128GB last month, and today I received my Ugreen WIreless Charger. Already tested and it work like a charm. Maybe new batch don't have this issues anymore :)

My wireless charger was working fine on my 11 PMx... once I upgraded to 13.1.2 it stopped working. I tested it on other wireless chargers and nothing. I had friends try their phone on my wireless chargers and worked fine. I do hope apply fixes this glitch soon.

Having mixed ideas.. while my iphone 11 is 13.1.1 no longer accepting wireless charging(using anker powerwave stand and quick charge 3.0). However my bf's iphone 11( 13.1.2) is taking the charges seamlessly. Trying to get enough charge thru plug in and update to 13.1.2.. fingers crossed. ( ugh.. hating these mini updates with a passion)
