download the display link driver.
This product uses DisplayLink drivers. Please note that there is a current issue with DisplayLink's driver with macOS 10.13.4, where only a single external display is supported (this is an issue that impacts all docking station providers leveraging the DisplayLink driver). However, with macOS 10.14 (Mojave), DisplayLink's 5.0 driver should resolve this issue.
